Tasks and learning objectives are adapted to your background, interests and the organisation's current activities. Supervision and mentoring are combined with initiative, responsibility and independent problem-solving.

POSITION 01
Business Development & Social Entrepreneurship
Research markets, develop business and social enterprise concepts, and support financial literacy, sustainability and project planning. Connect business knowledge with education and social impact.

Develop language-learning resources, support conversation sessions and intercultural activities, and design non-formal workshops. Explore inclusive approaches, digital tools and responsible AI applications for language learning.

Propose a project connected to your academic background, professional interests and ICDET's activities. Its feasibility and scope are discussed with your supervisor and depend on the duration of the traineeship.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an online interview to discuss their profile and possible contribution.

If selected, agree on the period, activities, learning objectives, supervision and required documentation.
An application or interview is not an official acceptance. A placement is confirmed only after ICDET approves the candidate and the traineeship arrangements. Final arrangements must also meet the requirements of the sending institution and relevant mobility programme.

A few useful answers.
My degree is not listed. Can I apply?
Yes. The academic backgrounds are examples, not an exhaustive list. Explain how your knowledge and interests connect with ICDET's activities.
Can I propose my own project?
Yes. Proposals should connect with your background and professional interests. Feasibility and scope are discussed with the supervisor.
Will I receive daily instructions?
You receive guidance, an activity plan and regular feedback. The traineeship also requires independent work, initiative, self-organisation and responsibility for agreed deliverables.
Can I apply without an Erasmus+ grant?
You may apply, but a placement requires an appropriate administrative and financial arrangement. ICDET does not guarantee funding or grant eligibility.
