LEARNING BY DOING

Learn it.
Try it.
Make it your own.

Our AcadE+my is not just about acquiring knowledge. It is about putting it into practice through hands-on projects, teamwork and creativity. Training is interactive, practical and based on Learning by Doing, aligned with the EU Key Competences for Lifelong Learning.

Whether you are preparing for your first international mobility, developing digital and entrepreneurial skills, or preparing to become a mentor or leader, the Academy helps you identify your learning goals. Each course combines exploration, practice and reflection so you can test and apply your skills in authentic environments.

Young people are at the heart of the Youth Academy. Selected activities also involve adult learners, mentors, youth leaders and facilitators. Age, experience and participation requirements are specified for each programme.

Completion Badges

Completed training sessions, workshops and courses earn digital badges according to the activity's completion criteria. Each badge identifies the activity and its associated learning outcomes.
